[Steppes] Who is coming to Rapier at WHRC tonight?

I ask the question because there is someone in Elfsea who needs to get something to Gulf Wars fairly urgently, and I can get it there but need to get it from her.  Unfortunately, I did not know about it in time to have someone at the fighter practice in Bedford last night pick up the item and bring it to Steppes for me to collect today.

Is there someone from Elfsea coming to the Rapier Practice at Alnut Hill Rec Centre tonight, who is willing to coordinate with her?  I can come collect the package from you there.
