[Steppes] A message about your hearts

Actually, I am subscribed to the list, I just posted
from my work address. If you all don't know, a
frayman was taken off the field on Thursday because of
a heart-related problem. Since I work for the
American Heart Association, this subject is near and
dear to my heart. If anyone ever has any questions
though, please feel free to ask. I don't pretend to
be a chirurgeon, but I do have some great information
I can give out mundanely. I will probably be at the
Elfsea practice this Sunday, but will make it out to
Steppes practice probably the first weekend in April
and I'll bring some stickers.
