[Steppes] Looking for Lady Innes(sp?)

I received a rather garbled message on my answering machine from a Lady
Innes (apologies if my spelling is off) regarding merchants for Steppes
Warlord. Unfortunately her e-mail contact was unretrieveable and I can't
find her on the rolls ethereal. If someone could send me (privately) her
contact information it would be much appreciated.
