Thank you!  Thank you all for your kindness, and those of you who knew how
high this hurdle was for us!  As I mentioned to another friend, I had no
idea how much it meant to me to be able to help people professionally until
I saw the Bar web site results.

Rather than going to the big-deal swearing in, that will be in Austin on
Monday May 20, we'll probably do something more local so those of you who
want to can attend without chewing up a whole work day.

And, <LOL> no, just now I'm not looking for pro bono work ... between the
State Bar, the State Comptroller and all the little licensing fees and
admissions, it's gonna take almost $500 off the top -- *before* I can
practice -- and there's still the expenses of a required seminar trip to
Arizona in June to keep my license there active.
