I'll be out next weekend at the site about 7pm after I get off work. and
staying most of the day Sunday. I talked with Cheree over at the Ranch and
if others want to come out Saturday night and Sunday to look at the
facilities, camp out and play in the water. they are more than welcome to
come out. I will be working on the layout for the site Sunday so if anyone
wants to add any suggestion just come on out.

and if anyone wants to have an impromptu fighter practice out at the Site
Sunday while we are there bring yer armor. it could be a pre-event party in
the making.

You've got horsecamp set aside? Somewhere with trees. I'll be out next
weekend.

We are now taking land reservations for land at Guardian of the Tor for
groups and households wishing to camp together in one area. and for those
needing space in the areas allotted for period encampments. if your group
or household would like to take advantage of this option please either
e-mail me or discus it on this list. I read the list and can answer
Questions that may come up regarding the Guardian of the Tor event.

there is limited electricity on site. the electricity in the camping areas
has been reserved for the permanent pavilion and medical needs such as wheel
chairs and breathing machines ect.,
