[Steppes] Steppes encampment

If your camping let us know so we can add your name to the Steppes
encampment list.

I know what your gonna say and I just now got the word that I can go camp at
the event. (I thought I was having to make a drive south this weekend.) I
can either share a tent with someone or bring my portable condo.

My family will be there but they are going to the Dino Park so I found this
