I have a small job that is in need of a good metal artisan...

I need to customize a stainless steel bit (the horse kind).  The
customization needed is merely cutting the stainless steel rings and making
them smaller, end result I want is 2" in inside diameter.  Currently the
rings are approx 3" outside diameter.  So I need a section cut out, rings
reformed, and then welded back together.

Any of you metal-type artisans looking for a quick project?  Email me
directly at the above address.  The budjet is tiny for this project, so let
me know what you think is fair market value...
