[Steppes] Event Changes- Elfsea?

I find it interesting that Lord Richard Fairbourne
stated that "if this was happening to Elfsea".
Does anyone know how Elfsea discussion is going on
their calendar changes ?  I really would be interested
in their take on combining Steppes Artisan with Elfsea
Baronial College.
