[Steppes] Sunday Practice

Both HRH Miguel and myself will be at BorderMarch this coming weekend, so
neither of us will be available to be at FlagPole Hill on Sunday.  If no
other marshalls are available, we'll have to cancel the practice this
weekend.  I'll be there next Sunday for certain.

I'd like to know who all in our fair Barony are authroized heavy marshalls
of any kind.  If you could just fire me a quick private email, I'd
appreciate it greatly.
