This coming Twelfth Night is the first event in the
Steppes where the non-member surcharge will be in
effect. Please have your membership cards in hand when
you come to sign in.

No one but staff will be allowed in the door prior to
10:00am when the site opens. If you do not have your
card be prepared to pay the $3 non-member surcharge.If
you are trying to sign in a large group, you will have
to have ALL the membership cards for that group in
hand or pay the non-member surcharge for each person.

If you have prepaid feast, you can pick up your feast
place card AFTER you have paid site. The gate will not
be able to give you your feast place card without
seeing your site token. Consequently, no one will be
able to pick up large groups of feast cards. They will
only be handed out individually.

We regret any inconvenience this causes but we thank
you in advance for your help in meeting the new
Society Corporate rules.
