[Steppes] Crossbows :)

I am not a member of Steppes. I signed up for the email awhile ago because I interested was/am interested in it. But haven't had time to pursue it. Until now... I would very much like to learn more about the cross bows you have and maybe with your help and the help of the other archers in Stepps I could learn how to shoot it. lol
Are you willing to take on a challenge like this?
Question: What would a 100lb cross bow be equilviant to in a re-curve? Many years ago I use to shoot a 35lb re-curve.
