[Steppes] Plea for the SCA

I did forward her missive to the Ansteorran Heralds list where I feel it
could probably reach the most people who might need to be aware of the
complaint.  At this point I think there is not much point in continuing
with the discussion here.  Objections raised, objections noted and
passed along to "higher ups".  I am asking (Chiara can overrule me if
she wishes) that we please let the topic rest.
