You should be able to find boot string at any sporting goods shop. I
think Jacque is referring to the leather ones. But anything will do in a
pinch.

well.
I will also bring my box of leather scraps that can be used for
armguards
for those that wish them.  I would suggest some large conchos or buttons
along with a bootstring might also be useful.
