Is this a garbed event ?   What does "Revel" imply ?

JUST A REMINDER THAT TONIGHT IS THE LINDENWOOD YULE REVEL.
IT WILL BE HELD AT THE JAYCEE PARK BUILDING ON HWY 183 IN IRVING. LOCATED BETWEEN STORY RD AND MACARTHUR.
IT STARTS AT 4 PM AND CLOSES AT 10 PM, BRING A POTLUCK DISH AND SOMETHING FOR THE GIFT EXCHANGE.
