[Steppes] Central region war practice

It is not possible to schedule something that everyone can attend.  The Gulf
War artisan competition will also be held in Moonshadowe that day, so we
will likely be missing some artisans also.

I hope Herries can be there with a wild guess of how many from House Arkham
will be fighting at Gulf War.  We will miss you at the practice.
Fortunately, most fighters in Arkham are veterans of other Gulf Wars.  Shoot
well at the tournament.

Regrettably that is the same day as
their Royal Highnesses' "Huntsman's"
tournament hosted by the Shire of
Mooneshadowe in Stillwater, OK.
Many of House Arkham's combat
archers (myself included) do plan to
compete for that honored title.

I will encourage any of our group not
planning to compete at the Mooneshadowe
event to attend this war practice.
Hopefully Lord Herries shall be available
to attend, he was placed 2nd in command
of Arkham's household mercenaries at
"Autumn Melees".
