[Steppes] RE: Steppes Baronial Collegium

Maybe I should have been more clear that I was asking about the Steppes
quarterly baronical collegium, that unofficial gathering of students and
teachers for a daylong hands-on at four topics.

NOT the Elfsea Baronial Collegium, which I know is happening during
Estrella. (I'm a student, not an artisan!)
