[Steppes] Steppes Archery Practice Cancelled

Blame it on optimism and need for an archer's fix of steel in the air.   The
weather is no longer cooperating and is most wet and starting to look very
cold.   Please stay home where it is warm and tune your bows and arrows for
our next outing.  Archery practice this day is cancelled.

Ir rains to the west of us but is currently dry at Eastfield although the
weather does threaten this day and may turn wet momentarily.  I will be
there to shoot for those who wish to withstand the cold and risk the damp.
We will cancel at the site if it be too wet.
