Hmmmm. Galen, you have given me an idea. Cassoulet is made with "confits de canard" - duck comfite, sausage, beans and veggies. It's a tasty stew. I have a few versions of the recipe, Gerita, if you should need it. Woe to the spy (or spies) that have infiltrated this Holy Order of the webbed feet.
