I received this from a friend and I don't know the answer so I thout maybe someone out there might be able to help me help my friend.

"This question concerns Wolfram Von Eschenbach's "Parzival". Does anyone know the ethnicity of Parzival's wife Condwiramurs? I know the name is derived from the Old French, conduire amours ("to guide love"), and I know she is somehow related to the family of the Grail kings, but I don't think she's French. I thought she was Spanish in origin, but my husband claims she's Germanic. "

In service, (and thanks for your help)
