[Steppes] Populace meeting

Greetings to all,

Due to Fritz' work schedule next week, we are obliged to move Populace
meeting from Thursday the 19th to Friday the 20th.  We realize this is
the evening before Lindenwood's Masque, but it cannot be avoided.  We
apologize to those for whom this creates a conflict.

Again, it's a barbecue potluck.  We will have a brisket and
non-alcoholic beverages; y'all bring all the rest.  Someone take charge
of plates and cups; I have paper towels and utensils.  BYOB.
