[Steppes] Trebuchet Challenge? i wanna know too :)

I don't believe the date is firm yet. There were some interesting security
concerns for a while. A parent wanted all of those who ould participate with
SCA to have full background checks. This apparently has been resolved, but
as of Business meeting, I don't think that there was a specific date. I
didn't hear one, anyway.
