[Steppes] 2nd Request On LIVE STEEL MEANING ?????

Does live Steel mean NO BLADES or does that mean Blades have to be covered/sheathed ????  I got the Alcohol message meaning  2x. lol     Thank You, as I'm wondering what to do with my Mini-SimitarMoor Of "Bardic" Dundee Blades ????
