[Steppes] Reminder about attachments

This is a friendly customer service announcement.  Please remember that
attachments get stripped off by the mailman software when it is sent to the
list.  Please do not try and send attachments to the mail list as they will
not make it.

People forget about this and we periodically see missed attachments.  To try
and head this off I am sending out this reminder.
