[Steppes] Query to those who would be.......

Since I had to work at the evil home depot today and couldn't make it to the meet and greet at 4pm, I have chosen to write this email instead.  So here we are a short few weeks from when as a Barony we shall gather and cast our votes for who we want to lead the Barony into the future.  As time passes, some questions come to mind to help myself and others chose a candidate or set of candidates who would best serve our interests.  So in no order of importance, here they are.

1>  What do you consider the strength of the Barony?

2>  What do you consider the weakness of the Barony?

3>  With impending rule change regarding the number of events that a group may hold, How do you feel Steppes should adjust to bring the Barony in line with those rules?

4>  What are your feelings on Glasyn?

5>  Does the Barony need more Cantons? Or do you feel they would be more of a hindrance than a help?

6>  Do you believe that the landed Nobility of a group should attend EVERY competition (Not the event it occurs in, the actual competition) that holds a championship for the Barony?

7>  Does Steppes have too many Champions?  If yes, what champions would should we keep?

8>  Where do you feel the Barony should grow within the next 3 years?  within 5 years?

9>  How do you feel about Elfsea?

10> Do you believe in light, heavy, and archery all being held at the same practice same time?

11> How would you rate your attendance to any Steppes Fighter Practice currently held?

12> How do you feel about the current park that Fighter Practice is held in?  Do you feel Flagpole hill was better?  Or do you feel a 3rd location with the best of both parks should be looked for?

13> Do you believe Steppes would benefit from having a mid week practice again?  If so, where should that practice be?

14> And finally, should the teletubbies be banned in the US and allow the UK craze to destroy Great Britain without spreading it's terror here?

If you want to respond privately, please do so.  However, I am fine with any answers being posted to the list, I tried to keep the questions something that could be answered without offending any one, so that it could be posted publicly by the candidates.

Either way, good luck to all, I am sure you all love this Barony far more than I, and that is a good sign, because Steppes is still home, and I am proud to call her such.
