[Steppes] September Populace Meeting 09/25/03

This month's Populace Meeting is not at our house.  Due to the projected
number of people attending due to the baronial polling, it will be at an
alternate location.  I checked out a number of locations for Francesca
and she will be doing the evaluation and reservation for the actual site
of Populace.  As soon as she has details finalized, she will post the
location to the list.

BTW, when she does, if you know anyone who does not have e-mail access,
let them know the new location for the Populace Meeting.

Populace will probably be at our house sometime after the first of the
year.
