[Steppes] Baronial Regalia???

Suzanna told me that the Southern Steppes people wanted a chance to work on
it, so I delivered it one evening before Artisan.  As far as I know, it's
still down there.

Katya has the trim in safekeeping, as it was part of her Artisan competition
entry.  Once the embroidery is done, I'll sew the trim onto the tunic.
