[Steppes] Steppes Gulf War Meeting

I bring you greeting from HL William Ironwyrm and Ld. Jon Rolfsson, Co-Wranglers of the Gulf War Encampment of the Steppes,

This Sat. evening at 7:00 p.m. there will be another organizational meeting for the Steppes encampment at the home of Guyjin and Alienor (2910 San Medina, Dallas - 972/613-1312).

The purpose of this meeting is to begin to formulate a meal schedule and clean up schedule as well as plotting out the camp configuration.

All those that are planning on attending GW and camping with Steppes are urged to attend.  Your input is very important.

The time is getting short and there is much to be done to make this one of the best GW experiences ever.

Also, there will be a workday, for those that are interested, at Guyjin and Alienor's that will start at noon to work on combat arrows/bolts, pervises, and the kitchen trailer.
