[Steppes] weather in the Steppes

With Archery practice cancelled, am I to assume the weather on that end of
town is less than pleasing?  I'm not a fan of fighting in the mud.  Was
anyone planning on goinig to practice?  I heard from Wes and he won't be
there.  Your Majesty?  Your Excellency?  Anyone else planning on attending?
I'll watch my mail for a while before making a decision.  I'd love to hear
from someone who lives in that part of town about the ground conditions.
