[Steppes] Steppes Archery Practice

Steppes archery practice for Sunday 2/16 is cancelled in favor of the Barony of Elfsea's mini-tourney.  I am told a Royal round will be submitted so this will count as an away score for those of you in Steppes needing an away score this year.  Combat archery targets will also be present and, I assume, combat archery will be allowed in the war practice.
