[Steppes] Japanese Arts Day - menu and directions

I forwarded this on to two other lists because i think Tomoko is from
Bryn-gwlad or bjornsborg, and Bianca is from west of here somewhere
(Wetherford? Waxahatchi? W-station? i give up).

I'll hit Central Market this afternoon along with my other run to Arlington.
If they don't have the stuff, i'll let you know.  Anything else?
