[Steppes] New Place for Warlord?

I have seen almost everything but Equestrian mentioned (save one person mentioning an arena).  Please when considering a new place remember those of us who have four legged friends.

The Equestrians need a flat space that is free from holes and debris to run our course.  We also need ample turn around room for rather large trailers.  Take Lady Gwenavhere for example with her 8 horse trailer and extended cab duley.

I too know of a place to hold Warlord, not much farther south east of Canton.  The water and electricity however is limited.  The land however is gorgeous and shadey.
