[Steppes] Kayleigh's gonna be a Laurel!

Word has come that Countess KayLeigh's elevation to the Order of the Laurel
has been announced by Their Majesties of the East.  The elevation will take
place at this year's Pennsic at Eastern Court.

According to the http://www.pennsicwar.org/penn32/ site, the Eastern Court
is Wednesday, August 13th at 8 pm.

Kayleigh asked that we forward this information on to all interested
parties,lists,and friends.
