As the Registrar, I can answer, Catalina.

If you wish to display for commentary only, not to compete, there is still
space available.  Small spaces mostly, we are trying to keep things compact.

If you wish to compete, we have about twenty spaces left, one of which has
no table for those who don't need it (some people bring their own
everything).  There is also space outside; we have two persons so far who
have asked for this area, and can accommodate more.

We've been asking that if you wish to display for any reason, you let me
know (through the form on the event website is preferred) because if you
need an electrical connexion, a table with floor space next to it, etc., we
want to be sure you're in the right place so there's not a problem when it
comes to setting up.  I learned last year that having as many spaces
pre-assigned as possible leads to a smoother set-up as there isn't
last-minute fussing and rearranging for certain spaces.

If you have special needs in your space, whether competing or display-only,
please tell me in the space on the form for "Special Needs."  I've been able
to accommodate all requests so far.
