And currently shows Allessandra di Giovanni aas the Steppes Equestrian 
Marshall

As for the Central Regional Equestrian Marshal, That can be found at:

http://equestrian.ansteorra.org/

And shows Lady Lorraine Fraser as the Marshal ofthe Horse for Ansteorra but 
there is no listing for the Central or any other regional Equestrian 
Marshall
