[Steppes] Artisan Set up

As you know, we have a little get together happening pretty soon. Artisan 
this year will be a bit lower key, but that doesnt mean we don't need some 
help. Set up will be happening at 8 a.m. Saturday morning, August 14. Mostly 
we need people to help hang banners and decorations, though there may be 
some moving about of things required. Katya and I hope to be on site at 
about 7:30 and if you think that you might be able to join us and lend a 
hand, please let me know.
