one here can.  Sounds like a beautiful baby.....

We have to give away one of are beagles. He is an 11 month old Male AKC
with papers. He is under 30lbs and a great dog. He is non-aggressive,
but he howls. He would be great with Kids 5 or older (he likes to play
and jump).
