[Steppes] Archery Fun Shoot 2/15

The fun shoot and practice for tomorrow are cancelled due to the potential 
for very dangerous road surfaces and an icy field in the morning. With 
temperatures due to drop into the mid twenties tonight, I cannot in good 
conscience encourage anyone to come out and drive on treacherous roads only 
to find even more treacherous footing on the field. Although most of the 
snow is gone in the Mesquite area, the roads are still wet and up here in 
the boonies, it is still snowing. So sleep in and stay warm, everyone.
