[Steppes] FOUND:bag of trim

Greetings,

  I have in my possession a zip-lock bag containing
pretty gold and black trim, gold and white trim, and
tiny lace.  This bag was found on Lady Elspeth's table
at 12th Night.  I will be a Coronation with this item.
 If  it's owner is not attending Coronation please
