[Steppes] No Steppes Archery 3/14

Tis Gulf War weather.  The weather gods have seen fit to send rain to see the travelers to Gulf War off and perhaps accompany them on their journey.  It means, though, that there shall be no Steppes Archery Practice this day since the field is muddy, the rain is falling and there are few of us left in the home guard anyway.
