[Steppes] Gulf Wars plans - revisited

>From the meeting that we held at Half-Price Books, this is a (somewhat 
>)sketchy plan for the Steppes contingent:
 
Week before Gulf War: Gerita arranges for a trailer or Bre'nnian & Anne
arrange for a trailer (whichever comes first).

Thursday before Gulf War: Trailer is brought to Steppes storage
facility.  Large items (8 tables, cooking utensils and Steppes
pavillion) are loaded into trailer as well as any large items that
individuals want transported (such as Borek's pavillion).  Initial plan
is to meet at the Burger King nearby at 6 p.m., but plan is subject to
change.  Directions to storage facility forthcoming.

---Guys, I'm only able to haul a 6x12.  Is all this stuff going to fit
in the thing???
 
Projected arrival times of Steppes contingent:

Saturday: Gerita and crew

---Friday night.  We'll be in about 7 p.m.

Sunday: Borek
Monday:  Bre'nnian & Anne 
Tuesday: Mahdi & Valeria
Wednesday: Morgan & Co.
 
Projected meal plan
Breakfast: Communal setup /self-serve - whatever keeps us alive
(chocolate, coffee, things like that)
Lunch: Communal setup /self-serve - more stuff that keeps us alive
(sandwich fixings, more chocolate, etc.)
Dinner: Monday - Wednesday - self-serve
Dinner: Thursday - Hamburgers
Dinner: Friday - Sushi
Dinner: Saturday - Spagetti (Dessert provided by Borek - yum!)

---Our notes show that we are cooking on Saturday, not Friday.  Either
way. The menu for our night will be sushi and pan-fried chicken with
ginger sauce (and sprouts and peapods), and rice.  I'm planning on 10
lbs of chicken, so arrive at table hungry!!
 
Sunday: Packing up and leaving for home; initial plan is to caravan
back, arrive at storage shed at god-forsaken time on Monday morning,
unpack the trailer, then head home.

---I have rented the trailer for Monday return.  
 
Other miscellaneous items for trip:
Garden cart (Gerita)
Ice chests (2 large, 2 small)
 
Anyone is free to remind all concerned about any details that I may have
overlooked.

---One thing, Excellency: who's got the map of our camping spot?  I want
to set my tents up only once. . . . .
