What districts are going to is a 30hrs of GT training the first year then 
6hrs each year after that. I have a total of 12 so far this year. Not on purpose. 
Many districts have GT teachers at Admin that advise the classroom teachers. 
So you might try called the admin of Arlington and see if there is anyone 
available.
