[Steppes] 9/18 Newcomer's workshop cancelled

Due to lack of interest, the 9/18 newcomer's workshop
has been cancelled.

Maybe we'll have better luck next month.

However, there will be what is appearing to be a
gaggle of hospitalers at the Sunday Fighter practice. 
I'll have some books and such that might be of
newcomer interest with me, should any wish to visit
about newbie stuff!
