[Steppes] Gulf Wars Site

I just spoke with a friend who went to visually check
out their permanent camp on site.

The Ansteorran site looks fine, actually, all of the
camps she saw looked fine.  There are a few downed
trees, but nothing major that she could see.

The buildings and permanent structures owned by the
site suffered no damage.
