[Steppes] Celtic Heritage Festival

I agree that there will be complications holding the events together -- but please, remember that this can also be an opportunity. Not only is this a fun event for the barony, it's a demo, a place to make new friends, and inspire new people to join us under the Black Star.
 
Or something like that. Like any event, it will be what I, you, we, make it.
