An excellent idea! I would be pleased to officiate over such an event. I 
shall make sure that we have at least one other marshall on hand to inspect 
equipment and ensure the safety of participants and spectators. Sounds like 
a lot of fun.

It would be fine for you to arrange such and effort, in coordination with 
the
Steppes Archery Marshall, for sometime in the afternoon outside of the
building.
