Called the Waxahachie Civic Center.  Can have your own cooks.... All Ballrooms are booked, but they are looking into if we could use the "Stage Area"

What hours will we need the site?  I told Donna with the Waxahachie Center it would probably be 9am to 11pm ish - is that close enough?  Also told her what we would need as far as tables and such for the event, and that there will be approximately 400 in attendance. Told her there would be a feast afterwards.  Does this sound correct?  Just want to give the best guess, so that we can get a good idea on how much the site would cost.

Donna is supposed to call me back, then I might have a little more info.

One of the , um, other groups we deal with used this site in the past and 
you definitely cannot use your own caterer or cook for yourself. They have 
some sort of contract on the kitchen facilities.
