Licensed Bartender?  I am not sure there is such a thing.  Now if instead 
you mean TABC certified, then yes, I am and have been for about 10 years or 
more.

Yes, but from what I am reading on the site, we have to have a licensed 
bartender tend it (is that weird?) So do we have a licensed bartender in our
