[Steppes] Archery Practice 01/18

My friends,

The weather gods have not smiled on us. The Eastfield area had between 3 and 
4 inches of rain on Friday and as of about 12:30 last night it was raining 
fairly heavily again. The temperature in that vicinity is now 41 and 
dropping and there is a high wind alert which will cause wind chills to fall 
as well. I have just gotten a phone call from my weather observer in that 
area and he advises me that it is misting heavily and there is standing 
water around his residence.

Practice for today is therefore cancelled due to adverse field and weather 
conditions. Maybe next week. Keep your fingers crossed.
