I can second Her Excellency.  TurboTax is great but be sure to get the right version.  I have been using it for about 10 years now to complete some very complicated returns and have yet to have a problem.  It even allows you to plan how to reduce taxes etc.

TurboTax is on-line and walks you through it with questions. The Deluxe is $40 and they keep your basic information for you from year to year. This is my third year to use it on-line.
