[Steppes] Fabric shop/swap

Greetings everyone

I have decided to pospone the fabic shop/swap to another date since I am still not dug out from my move.  It is very difficult to go from a 3/2 house with 2 living areas to a 1 bedroom efficency, especially for someone who is a fabric collector. But I am getting there, folks! (Thanks again to Donnel and her crew - I would not have made the move without you.)

The fabric shop/swap will probably happen at a fighter practice sometime after Gulf Wars.
